Return Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us via e-mail within 15 days of your purchase to be eligible for exchange. Arts of Asia is not responsible for the cost of shipping.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been
– used
– altered
will not be accepted for exchange.  

Exchanges
If your product is in like new condition (i.e. unused and not altered in any way), you may exchange your product for a different style or color or for credit towards another purchase. Please note though that you will still be subject to a shipping fee for your exchange.

Cash refunds are not offered.

About Shipping
No shipping fee will be charged for items under $39. There will be a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 for orders over $39.00.

We will be using the services of the USPS for delivery. We will ship your order in the most timely fashion possible, within 5 days of ordering in most circumstances. 

Orders will only be shipped within the United States. If you wish to send orders overseas, there will be additional charges.​

In general, we will use USPS for shipping. In some instances personal delivery is possible depending on location.

We take your privacy seriously and we will not share your credit card and any personal information with 3rd party websites and information collectors.
